  • 1 cup Tapioca flour
  • 0.25 cup Coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 pound Ground lamb or beef
  • 0.5 medium Red onion
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium Green bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, tapioca flour, coconut milk, olive oil, egg, sea salt, and half of the ground cumin. Mix until a dough forms.

Step 3

Flatten the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a round pizza crust with your hands. Bake for 10 minutes to set the crust.

While the crust is baking, prepare the kebab topping. In a pan over medium heat, cook the ground lamb or beef with the remaining cumin, ground coriander, paprika, and garlic powder until well-browned. Drain excess fat.
