  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered coconut sugar
  • 0.5 cup Fruit preserves or fresh berries

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour and tapioca starch to combine.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until frothy, then whisk in the coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.

Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, whisking until you have a smooth batter.
