  • 0.25 cup raisins
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 2 tablespoons almond flakes
  • 1 pinch pinch of salt

Directions

Step 1

Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites and place them in two different bowls.

Step 2

Blend the egg yolks with honey, vanilla extract, and coconut milk until smooth.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, tapioca flour, and a pinch of salt.

Step 4

Add the flour mixture to the egg yolk mixture and mix until well combined.

In a clean bowl, whisk egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the egg whites into the flour and egg yolk mixture to create a light and airy batter.
