  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic cloves.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, almond flour, chopped fresh parsley, the egg, coconut aminos, sea salt, and black pepper.
