  • 2 pounds chicken wings

  • 1/3 cup honey

  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly oil a baking rack placed over a baking sheet.

Step 2

In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with the avocado oil, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
