Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 0.25 cup coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, mix together almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.

In another bowl, whisk together eggs, honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
