  • 0.25 cup Nutritional yeast

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 12 ounces Palmini pasta (hearts of palm pasta)

Directions

Step 1

Begin by cutting the cauliflower into small florets and slicing the carrot into thin rounds. Steam both together in a steamer basket over simmering water for about 10-12 minutes or until tender.

While the vegetables are steaming, drain the Palmini pasta and rinse well with water, then set aside.
