  • 1 pound Chicken breast
  • 1 cup Pickle juice
  • 1 cup Coconut milk

  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 cup Coconut flour
  • 0.5 cup Almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 0.5 cup Ghee or coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons Honey

Directions

Step 1

Begin by cutting the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine the pickle juice and coconut milk. Submerge the chicken pieces in the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight for best results.

In a small bowl, mix sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Remove the chicken from the marinade, and sprinkle the spice mix evenly over the chicken pieces.
