  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 5 cups, chopped kale leaves
  • 2 cups, shredded cooked chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the minced garlic, sliced carrots, and celery, and continue to cook for an additional 5 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften.
