Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 0.5 cup tapioca starch
  • 1 tablespoon psyllium husk powder
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, tapioca starch, psyllium husk powder, chia seeds, flax seeds, sesame seeds, baking soda, and salt. Mix well until all dry ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Step 3

Add water, apple cider vinegar, and melted coconut oil to the dry mixture. Stir thoroughly until a dough forms. The dough will be sticky but should hold together.

Step 4

Divide the dough into four equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball. Place one dough ball between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out into a thin circle, about 1/8 inch thick. Repeat with the remaining dough balls.

Step 5

Transfer the rolled-out wraps onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are slightly crisp but still pliable.

Step 6

Remove from the oven and let the wraps cool slightly. They will firm up as they cool.
