  • 8 ounces button mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon tapioca starch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, egg, onion powder, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix well and divide into 4 equal portions, shaping each into a patty.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Remove the patties from the skillet and set aside.
