  • 250 grams Cherry tomatoes

  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 1 whole Jalapeño pepper
  • 4 cups Mixed greens

Directions

Step 1

Start by cutting the avocados in half lengthwise. Remove the pit, scoop the flesh into a large mixing bowl, and gently mash it with a fork, leaving some chunks for texture.

Rinse and pat dry the cherry tomatoes. Cut them into halves and add them to the bowl with the avocados.
