Ingredients

  • 200 grams Halloumi cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 200 grams Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 0.5 medium Red onion
  • 1 medium Lemon
  • 10 leaves Fresh mint leaves

  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the halloumi cheese into 1 cm thick pieces.
