  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 small Red onion
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro

Directions

Step 1

Begin by pounding the chicken breasts to an even thickness, about 1/2 inch thick, to ensure they cook evenly.

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, juice of half the lime, garlic powder, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.

Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are fully coated. Let the chicken marinate for at least 15 minutes, or up to an hour for more flavor.
