Ingredients

  • 1 piece chicken breast
  • 2 slices almond flour bread
  • 2 slices dairy-free cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 leaves lettuce leaves
  • 2 slices tomato slices

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Slice the chicken breast in half horizontally to make two thinner pieces.

Step 3

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper.

Brush the chicken pieces with the seasoned olive oil mixture.

Grill the chicken for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
