  • 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon, for greasing grill coconut oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your outdoor grill to medium-high heat. If using a grill pan, prepare it on the stove over medium heat.

Step 2

In a bowl, combine grass-fed ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, coconut aminos, almond flour, large egg, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined, but do not overwork the mixture.

Step 3

Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty about 1 inch thick. Press gently in the center of each patty to make a shallow indentation; this helps them cook evenly.
