In a large mixing bowl, combine cassava flour and tapioca starch.
Gradually add the warm water to the flour mixture, stirring continuously until a dough forms. Adjust with a little more warm water if the dough is too dry.
Knead the dough until it's smooth and pliable. Cover the dough with a damp cloth to prevent it from drying out.
In a small saucepan, combine coconut milk and honey. Heat gently until the honey is fully dissolved and the mixture is warm. Remove from heat and set aside.
