  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon Psyllium husk powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 large Egg
  • 3 tablespoons Water
  • 2 tablespoons Ghee

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well to ensure there are no clumps.

Step 2

In a separate small bowl, beat the egg, then add in the water and mix until well combined.

Pour the egg mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms. The dough should be pliable and slightly sticky.

Divide the dough into four equal parts and roll each into a ball.

Place a ball of dough between two sheets of parchment paper and gently roll out with a rolling pin to form a thin, round roti about 6 inches in diameter.
