Ingredients

  • 450 grams broccolini
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 large garlic cloves
  • 1 medium lemon

  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Rinse the broccolini under cold water and pat dry. Trim about 1 inch from the ends of the broccolini stalks.
