  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons Flaxseed meal
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

In a medium bowl, mix almond flour, flaxseed meal, baking powder, garlic powder, and onion powder together.

Add water to the dry mixture and mix until a dough forms.

Transfer dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and flatten to about 1/2-inch thickness.
