Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Coconut flour

  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 0.25 cup Coconut oil
  • 0.25 cup Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup Freeze-dried strawberries
  • 0.5 cup Freeze-dried blueberries
  • 0.5 cup Rainbow unsweetened coconut flakes

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan with a small amount of coconut oil.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir until well mixed.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted coconut oil, honey, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth batter forms.
