Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups coconut yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 0.5 cup fresh raspberries
  • 0.5 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves

Directions

Step 1

Wash all the fresh berries under cool water, and gently pat them dry with a paper towel.

Hull and slice the strawberries, and wash and sort the mint leaves.

Step 3

In a small mixing bowl, lightly toss the strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries together. Set aside.
