Ingredients

  • 4 cups Mixed lettuce leaves
  • 1 large Cucumber
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 5 Radishes
  • 0.5 small Red onion
  • 0.25 cup Fresh parsley
  • 0.25 cup Fresh mint leaves
  • 0.25 cup Lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Sumac
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry all the vegetables thoroughly.

Chop the mixed lettuce leaves into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.

Cut the cucumber lengthwise, then slice it into half-moons and add to the bowl.
