  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • 1 medium yellow bell pepper
  • 1 medium green bell pepper
  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro

Directions

Step 1

Start by slicing the chicken breasts into thin strips and place them in a bowl.

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, ground cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
