  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with 8 paper liners.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir until well mixed.

Step 3

In another bowl, whisk the eggs, almond milk, apple cider vinegar, melted coconut oil, and honey until fully combined.
