Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the vegetables. Thinly slice the cabbage to create about 5 cups of shredded cabbage.

Peel and grate the carrots, and then slice the green onions, separating the white parts from the green parts.

Peel and mince the fresh ginger and garlic cloves.
