Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut milk, eggs, honey, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt until the batter is smooth and well combined.
Place a cast-iron skillet or oven-safe frying pan over medium heat and add coconut oil.
