Ingredients

  • 5 pounds bone-in ham
  • 0.5 cup raw honey
  • 0.25 cup coconut aminos
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoons clove powder
  • 6 whole pineapple rings
  • 6 pieces toothpicks

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).

Step 2

Place the ham in a large roasting pan, cut side down.

Step 3

In a small saucepan, combine the raw honey, coconut aminos, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, garlic powder, and clove powder.

Step 4

Heat the mixture over medium heat until well combined and slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Stir frequently and do not let it scorch.

Brush half of the glaze over the entire surface of the ham, making sure it's well coated.
