Ingredients

  • 4 links Pork sausages (preferably German-style)
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sausages and cook until browned and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove sausages from the pan and set aside.

Step 2

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. Add the chopped onion and sauté for about 5 minutes until translucent.
