  • 3 cups Cold water
  • 1 cup Ice cubes
  • 5 leaves Fresh mint leaves

  • 0.25 piece Sliced cucumber for garnish

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the cucumber. Wash the cucumber thoroughly, then peel and cut it into large chunks.

In a blender, combine the cucumber chunks and 1 cup of cold water. Blend until smooth, then strain the puree through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a pitcher to remove any solids. Discard the solids.

Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and honey to the strained cucumber juice in the pitcher. Stir well to ensure the honey is completely dissolved.
