Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 0.5 cup Tapioca flour
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 0.75 cup Coconut milk (full-fat)
  • 0.5 cup Coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your waffle iron to medium-high heat.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, tapioca flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt. Whisk until well mixed.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then add in the coconut milk, melted coconut oil, honey, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
