  • 1 cup Baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Wash and dry the russet potatoes, then slice them into 1/2-inch thick rounds.
