  • 8 small coconut flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board and cover them with plastic wrap. Pound the chicken to an even thickness using a meat mallet or rolling pin.
