  • 500 grams Ground chicken
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut flour

  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh chives

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, almond flour, coconut flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, parsley, and chives. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Using your hands, form the mixture into bite-sized balls, approximately 1 inch in diameter. You should have about 20-24 chicken balls.
