  • 3 cups Water
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice

  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Gelatin
  • 2 cups Mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Chia seeds

Directions

Step 1

Soak the raw cashews in 2 cups of water for at least 4 hours or overnight to soften them.

Step 2

Drain the soaked cashews and rinse well under cold water.

Step 3

In a blender, combine drained cashews, 1 cup of fresh water, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, nutritional yeast, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour the cashew mixture into a medium saucepan and heat over low heat.

Sprinkle gelatin over the mixture and stir continuously for about 5 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly.
