  • 2 cups Coconut flakes
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 0.5 cup Honey
  • 0.25 cup Coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 0.5 cup Dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons Chia seeds

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

Spread the coconut flakes and almonds out on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Step 3

Toast the coconut flakes and almonds in the oven for 5 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even toasting.

Step 4

Remove from oven and let them cool completely.

Step 5

In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Stir until the mixture is well combined and the coconut oil is fully melted.

Once the mixture is smooth, remove it from heat and allow it to cool slightly.
