  • 0.25 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Honey
  • 0.33 cup Coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease two 8-inch round cake pans with coconut oil and line the bottoms with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and sea salt. Whisk together to remove any lumps and to evenly distribute the ingredients.
