  • 1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 2 tablespoons, finely chopped Fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 pound (optional, for serving) Zucchini pasta or other Paleo pasta

Directions
