  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 quarter cup coconut oil

  • 1 large egg
  • 0.25 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.5 cup paleo fruit preserves or jam

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, and sea salt, whisking well to remove any lumps.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth and well combined.
