Ingredients

  • 500 grams Beef sirloin steak
  • 0.25 cup Coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 Carrot
  • 3 stalks Scallions
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Thinly slice the beef sirloin steak across the grain into bite-sized strips.

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine coconut aminos, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Mix well to create a marinade.

Step 3

Pour the marinade over the beef slices and let them marinate while you prepare the vegetables.

Step 4

Slice the red bell pepper into thin strips, cut the carrot into julienne strips, and chop the scallions into 1-inch pieces.

Step 5

In a large skillet or wok, heat coconut oil over medium-high heat.

Add the marinated beef to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the beef is browned but not fully cooked. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
