  • 1 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 0.25 cup Coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 0.5 cup Water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it with coconut oil.

In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, tapioca flour, baking soda, and sea salt until well combined.

Slowly add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mixing with a spatula until a thick batter forms.

Step 5

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly with the spatula.

Step 6

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Step 8

Once cooled, slice the bread into 8 pieces. Toast each slice to your desired crispness before serving.
