  • 2 tablespoons grass-fed butter
  • 4 large leaves romaine lettuce
  • 1 large tomato
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 large avocado
  • 0.5 medium red onion

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Rub the beef roast with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Step 3

Place the beef on a rack in a roasting pan and roast in the preheated oven for about 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
