Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 0.25 cup Coconut flour
  • 0.5 cup Coconut oil
  • 0.25 cup Honey
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 cups Fresh raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon Arrowroot powder
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup Raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, melted coconut oil, honey, and salt. Stir until a dough forms.

Press the dough evenly into a 9-inch tart pan with a removable bottom. Make sure to press the dough up the sides of the pan evenly.

Prick the bottom of the crust all over with a fork to prevent it from puffing up during baking.
