Ingredients

  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 60 grams almond flour
  • 1 large egg

  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Step 2

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping each portion into a round, flat cutlet about 1.5 cm thick.

Step 3

Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the meat cutlets to the skillet.
