  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 ounces smoked salmon
  • 0.5 sliced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 2 tablespoons dill
  • 0.5 sliced cucumber

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine almond flour, tapioca flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and sea salt. Mix well.

Step 3

In another bowl, whisk together eggs, apple cider vinegar, honey, and olive oil until combined.
