Ingredients

  • 2 stalks Celery, chopped
  • 0.5 cup Red onion, finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup Paleo mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 6 leaves Lettuce leaves

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
