  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 slices paleo-approved ham slices
  • 4 slices paleo cheese (such as cashew cheese)
  • 2 tablespoons paleo mustard
  • 4 leaves lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, mix together the coconut flour, almond flour, baking soda, and sea salt.

In another bowl, whisk the eggs, then add the melted coconut oil, unsweetened almond milk, and lemon juice. Mix well until combined.
