  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons honey (for glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut milk (for glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon powdered coconut sugar (optional for glaze)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium saucepan, combine coconut milk, water, coconut oil, and honey. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

Once the mixture is boiling, reduce the heat to low. Add almond flour, tapioca flour, coconut flour, and salt, stirring continuously until the mixture forms a dough and pulls away from the sides of the pan. This should take about 1-2 minutes.
