  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Coconut sugar
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 0.33 cup Coconut milk
  • 0.25 cup Coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a doughnut pan with coconut oil.

Step 2

In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, salt, and coconut sugar until well combined.

In a separate bowl, beat together the eggs, coconut milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
