  • 8 whole romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 large (diced) tomato
  • 1 large (sliced) avocado
  • 0.5 medium (thinly sliced) red onion
  • 0.25 cup (fresh, chopped) cilantro
  • 1 whole (optional, sliced) jalapeño

Directions

Step 1

Start by cutting the chicken breasts into thin strips of about 1/2 inch thickness.

In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, sea salt, and black pepper.
